The warranty

One year, fully backed.

Every Lumen Force flashlight carries a 1-year limited warranty. If a defect shows up under normal use, we replace it — no runaround. Coverage runs one year from your Amazon purchase date.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal use
  • Charging, USB-C port, and power-bank output faults
  • Switch, LED, or LCD failures
  • A battery that won't hold a charge under normal use

What's not covered

  • Abuse, misuse, drops, or crush damage
  • Disassembly or unauthorized repair
  • Water exposure beyond the IP44 rating
  • Normal cosmetic wear over time

How long is the warranty?

Every Lumen Force flashlight is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, running one year from your Amazon purchase date.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects under normal use — the electronics, charging, switch, LED, LCD, and battery. It doesn't cover abuse, misuse, drops, disassembly, water beyond the IP44 rating, or normal wear.

How do I make a claim?

Email support@getlumenforce.com with a description of the issue, your Amazon proof of purchase, and your name and shipping address. Our product support team arranges a replacement.

Do I need my receipt?

Yes — please include your Amazon order number or receipt. The warranty applies to units purchased through Amazon.

Where do I buy a genuine unit?
